Can I buy research peptides in Canada?
Yes. Peptune sells research peptides online to buyers across Canada, for laboratory research use only.
How do I place an order?
Add the vials to your cart and check out with your shipping address. Your order number and the payment instructions arrive by email right after.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer or crypto. The instructions and your order reference come by email after you place the order. Your order ships once the payment is received.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation with your order number and details is emailed as soon as the order is placed.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every price on the site and at checkout is in Canadian dollars.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, when one is running. Enter it at checkout and the new total shows before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes, including a new shipping address, can be made only before the order is packed.

Where do you ship?
To every province and territory in Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names on the outside.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping starts at $20 and is free on orders of $150 or more. The price depends on your province and is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Can I get faster delivery?
Yes. Canada Post Priority is offered at checkout as a paid upgrade, priced for your address.
How do I track my order?
Every parcel is tracked. The tracking number is emailed when your order ships, and you can follow it on the order page with your order number and email.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can slow a parcel. If tracking stops moving, or Canada Post confirms it lost, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with them.
Can I return an order?
No. Research materials cannot be returned, and all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and the vials. We review every report and make it right when the problem is ours.
Products and quality
What does the mg on the label mean?
It is the amount of compound in the vial, for example 10 mg. It is the contents of the vial, not a dose. Peptune does not publish doses.
What is in a vial?
The compound as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial. A blend holds more than one compound in the same vial, each listed with its amount.
Why do peptides arrive as a powder?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder keeps a peptide stable through shipping and storage far better than a solution does.
Is there a certificate of analysis?
Each batch's certificate of analysis, with HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity, is published on the product page and in the COA library as soon as it is on file. Match the batch number on your vial to its certificate.
What do HPLC and mass spectrometry show?
HPLC separates a sample to measure what share of it is the target compound (purity). Mass spectrometry measures the molecule's mass to confirm it is the right compound (identity).
How should I store the vials?
Keep them sealed, dry, cold and away from light; −20 °C is standard for long-term storage of the dry powder. A peptide in solution is far less stable, so follow your laboratory's procedures.
Research use
Are your products for human or animal use?
No. Every product is for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, supplements or veterinary products, are not approved for use in people or animals, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Do you give usage advice?
No. Peptune does not give doses, routes of administration or protocols. The compound notes describe the molecule and cite published papers only.
Who can buy from Peptune?
Adults buying for lawful laboratory or scientific research. By ordering, you confirm the products are for research use only and will be handled under the rules that apply to you.
