Shipping policy

What shipping costs, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong. Placing an order means you agree to it.

At a glance

  • Tracked Canada Post shipping from $20, free on orders of $150 or more.
  • Orders paid by noon Pacific time ship the same business day. No shipping on weekends or statutory holidays.
  • Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed the day it ships.
  • Plain packaging with nothing on the outside about what's inside.
  • Optional lost-parcel protection at checkout.

Shipping rates

The service and price depend on your province, as in the table below, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you place the order. Canada Post Priority is offered at checkout as a paid upgrade, priced for your address; on a free-shipping order you pay only the difference.

Free shipping counts the products in your cart before any discount code and before shipping. Gift cards don't count towards it. If an order is partly refunded and drops below the threshold, we don't charge shipping afterwards.

Where we ship

Anywhere in Canada, including rural routes, PO boxes and the territories. We don't ship to the United States or overseas, and there is no pickup: Peptune is online only. Our delivery pages show the service and price for each province.

Processing time

Orders paid by noon Pacific time, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders paid after noon ship the next business day, and orders paid on a Saturday, a Sunday or a statutory holiday ship on the next business day. You can follow every step on the order page.

Delivery times

Estimates are in business days from the day your parcel is scanned in, and are Canada Post's targets rather than guarantees. Actual times depend on origin, destination, weather and other factors.

Northern, remote and rural addresses take longer, even with Xpresspost. A faster service speeds up the parcel's journey, but it can't shorten the last leg to a community served by a long road, a flight, a ferry or a winter road. To see the standard for your postal code, use Canada Post's delivery standards tool.

Enter your postal code to see how long your parcel takes once it ships, by each service offered to your address, Priority included.

Tracking

We email your tracking number when your order ships, and it also appears on the order page. The first scan can take up to a day to appear, so a quiet tracking page right after shipping is normal.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain mailer or box with no logos, product names or descriptions. Only the shipping label is on the outside, and the return address doesn't say what we sell.

Your address

Please double-check your address at checkout, including your unit number and buzzer code. Shipping labels are printed automatically from the address you enter, and we can change it only before the parcel ships. We don't accept returned parcels, so we can't replace, reship or refund an order sent to a wrong or incomplete address, or one that wasn't collected from the post office in time.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is home and the parcel won't fit in your mailbox, Canada Post leaves a notice card and holds it at your nearest post office, usually for 15 days. Bring the card and photo ID to collect it.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged or with something missing, contact us with your order number and photos, within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or missing items. We'll look into it with Canada Post and make it right.

If you added lost-parcel protection and Canada Post confirms the parcel is lost, we reship your order or give you store credit for its full value, with no claim forms. Without protection we'll still open a claim with Canada Post, but we can't replace a parcel that tracking shows as delivered to the address given. Our payment and refunds policy explains replacements and store credit.

Delays outside our control

Weather, holiday peaks, labour disruptions and remote routes can slow Canada Post down. We can't refund shipping for carrier delays, but we'll keep you updated, and during a strike we may hold parcels so they don't get stuck.
