Terms of sale

They apply to this website and to every order placed with Peptune, an online shop that sells research materials in Canada. By placing an order you accept them, together with the research use policy, the shipping policy and the privacy policy.

Every product is sold as a research material for laboratory and in-vitro research only. None is a medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic or veterinary product, and none is for use in people or animals. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for lawful research and that you will store, handle and dispose of the products under the rules that apply to you. We do not give doses, routes of administration or protocols.

Adults aged 19 or over, with a delivery address in Canada. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund anything paid for it, if we believe these terms would not be followed.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Placing an order sends you an order number and payment instructions by email; the sale is complete once payment is received. If a price or a description is shown in error, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and cancel or adjust the order before it ships, with a full refund of anything paid for the affected items.

By Interac e-Transfer or crypto, following the instructions in your order email. Orders ship only after payment is received. An order still unpaid 48 hours after it was placed expires.

Write to support@peptune.net with your order number as soon as possible. Changes, including a new delivery address, and cancellations can be made only before the order is packed.

We ship to every province and territory in Canada by tracked Canada Post, in plain packaging, free on orders of $150 or more in products, counted before any discount code. Services, prices and timing are in the shipping policy. If a parcel is delayed or lost, contact us and we will work on it with Canada Post.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and the vials. We replace the item or give you store credit. Research materials cannot be returned, so all other sales are final. See the payment and refunds policy.

One discount applies per order. Welcome codes work once, with the email they were sent to. Gift cards work on orders of $100 or more in products, before discounts. Gift cards and store credit have no cash value, cannot be transferred for money, cannot be used to buy gift cards, and a lost or shared gift card code cannot be replaced. The payment and refunds policy explains how they are used.

Only verified buyers can review a product. We read every review before it is published and may decline one that is abusive, off topic or makes claims about use in people or animals.

Compound notes and articles describe molecules and published research. They are not medical advice, and they are not a claim that any product has an effect. Certificates of analysis describe the batch that was tested. We correct errors as soon as we find them.

Our writing, label artwork, photos and logo are our own, so please ask before reusing them.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not responsible for how a product is used after delivery.
