About this product
This blend pairs two peptides that act on different receptors in the same axis. CJC-1295 without DAC (also called modified GRF 1-29) is a stabilised analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that binds the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) and is noted in the literature for its selectivity. Because the two components reach the same endpoint through separate receptors, research with the blend usually includes each peptide on its own, so that observations can be attributed correctly. Supplied as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial, labelled with both components and their amounts. What the research shows No published study has examined the two together. Both CJC-1295 studies cited here used the long-acting form that binds albumin, not the form without DAC in this vial. Two randomised, placebo-controlled trials reported in 2006, in healthy adults aged 21 to 61, found dose-dependent rises in mean plasma growth hormone of 2- to 10-fold for 6 days or more after a single administration. Another 2006 study in healthy men aged 20 to 40 reported a 7.5-fold rise in trough growth hormone, with pulsatility preserved. For ipamorelin, a 1999 study in healthy men, eight at each dose level, measured a single episode of growth hormone release peaking at 0.67 hours.
