Overview
About this product
GLOW is a three-component research blend: GHK-Cu (the copper tripeptide), BPC-157 and TB-500. The label states 70 mg in total, with GHK-Cu making up most of the mass and the two tissue-research peptides in smaller, equal amounts. Blends are useful when a model needs several signals present at once. They are harder to interpret than single compounds, so a good protocol includes each component alone and in the same proportions as the blend. GLOW is closely related to KLOW, which adds a fourth component, KPV. Supplied as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. What the research shows No published study has tested GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 as one blend; the papers cited here each study one peptide, in cells or animals. A 2016 study of lipopolysaccharide-induced lung injury in mice reported lower TNF-alpha and IL-6 and less inflammatory cell infiltration with GHK-Cu. A 2014 study in rat Achilles tendon fibroblasts found that BPC-157 increased growth hormone receptor expression at the mRNA and protein levels. A 2004 study reported that thymosin beta-4, the parent protein of the TB-500 fragment, increased cardiomyocyte survival in culture and, in mice after coronary artery ligation, was followed by better early myocyte survival and cardiac function. Not for human or veterinary use. Purity and identity are stated on the batch certificate, published on this page once it is on file.

About this compound
GLOW is a multi-peptide research blend in one lyophilized vial. Peptune's label states 70 mg as the total contents. It does not print an internal ratio. Supplier literature that uses this blend name lists a nominal mass split of 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg BPC-157 (70 mg altogether). That split is the supplier's nominal formulation, not a measured assay of a Peptune lot, and it is not a molar ratio. A certificate of analysis, when one is on file, is the record for the lot in hand. A paper on one of the named peptides is not a result for the blend.

Published research
These are published papers about the molecule. A paper is not a dose, not medical advice, and not evidence that this vial is for human or veterinary use.
- GHK Peptide as a Natural Modulator of Multiple Cellular Pathways in Skin Regeneration.
BioMed Research International · 2015 · PMID 26236730
A review of the tripeptide GHK, which supplier literature names inside this blend. It is not a study of the blend.
- The promoting effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on tendon healing involves tendon outgrowth, cell survival, and cell migration.
Journal of Applied Physiology · 2011 · PMID 21030672
Experiments on BPC-157 alone. Supplier literature names that peptide in the blend. The paper is not a blend result.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. The amount on the label is the contents of the vial, not a dose.
