Overview

About this product

KLOW is a four-component research blend: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. The label states 80 mg in total. In the formulation as commonly listed, GHK-Cu makes up 50 mg and the other three components 10 mg each. KPV, the tripeptide lysyl-prolyl-valine, is what sets KLOW apart from the three-component GLOW blend. Four components mean four sources of signal. Useful designs run the full blend against each component alone, plus GLOW where the contribution of KPV is the question. The batch certificate is the record of what was measured in the vial, as opposed to the nominal formula. Supplied as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. What the research shows No published study has tested GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV as one blend; the papers cited here each study one component. A 2008 study reported that KPV enters human intestinal epithelial and immune cells through the PepT1 transporter, inhibited NF-kappaB and MAP kinase signalling at nanomolar concentrations, and reduced the incidence of chemically induced colitis in two mouse models. A 2025 systematic review of BPC-157 in orthopaedic sports medicine included 36 studies, 35 preclinical and 1 clinical, and found no clinical safety data. A 2007 mouse study found thymosin beta-4, the parent protein of the TB-500 fragment, essential for coronary vessel development. Sources: Dalmasso et al., Gastroenterology, 2008, PMID 18061177. Vasireddi et al., HSS Journal, 2025, PMID 40756949. Smart et al., Nature, 2007, PMID 17108969. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Purity and identity are stated on the batch certificate, published on this page once it is on file.

Counted on PubMed on 2026-10-20. A score shows how much published research covers an area: 1 for fewer than 5 papers, 2 under 20, 3 under 100, 4 under 500 and 5 from 500, plus half a point when the area includes randomised controlled trials and a full point from 10 of them (5 at most). It measures the amount of research, not an effect. Each count links to its PubMed search.

The molecule

About this compound

KLOW is a multi-peptide research blend in one lyophilized vial. Peptune's label states 80 mg as the total contents. It does not print an internal ratio. Supplier literature that uses this blend name lists a nominal mass split of 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg KPV, adding to 80 mg. That literature states the split is mass, not moles, and that the figures are nominal formulation values rather than a measured concentration for a given lot. KPV in that literature is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. A paper on one component is not a result for the blend.
